A sign oflamps and lanterns of catenary supporting system of obstruction light structures should be along the sequence. This system should be in each supportstructures on or near the set obstacles lights three layers: the layer near thetop, a layer at the bottom or on the height of the catenary low, a layer in themiddle. Flash order should be: the middle layer, top and bottom. At the top tothe bottom flash intermittent time should be the middle tier to top flash twicebreak time. From each flash sequence to the end of the beginning of the nextflash order break time should for the middle layer to the top 10 times flash oftime.
Whiteobstruction light intensity should be controlled by a photocell toward thenorthern sky. When the intensity of illumination changes on the photocellobstruction light intensity level should be in accordance with the followingchanges:
A) when theintensity of illumination reduced to less than 6451 x has yet to reach 6451 lx,light intensity level should by day level drops to yellow faint dawn or level;
B > whenthe illuminance reduced to less than 54 lx has yet to reach before 22 lx, lightintensity level should be yellow faint levels or dawn to night between;
C) when theintensity of illumination increased to more than 22 lx has yet to reach to 54lx, light intensity level should be raised by night class to yellow faint ordawn level;
D >increased when the intensity of illumination To more than 377 lx has yet toreach to 645 lx, light intensity level should be yellow faint levels or thedawn to the day.
Red obstaclelights such as equipped with photoelectric automatic control, as the intensityof illumination on the photocell dropped to 377 lx, lamps and lanterns shouldbe bright, when the intensity of illumination increased to 645 lx, lamps andlanterns should be shut out. A single obstruction light control mode should bedetermined according to the specific installation conditions.
By red andwhite two obstacles lights system composed of two sets of obstacle lights theoperation mode of the system shall be controlled by a photocell toward thenorthern sky. When the intensity of illumination changes on the photocell obstaclelights work mode should be in accordance with the following changes:
A) at sunset,when the intensity of illumination reduced to less than 54 lx has yet to reachbefore 22 lx, white should close obstacle lights, red obstacle lights should beopen;
B) beforedawn, when the intensity of illumination increased to more than 22 lx has yetto reach 54 lx, white obstacle lights should be open, red obstacle lights shallbe shut out.
